Sessions that focus on improving joint mobility, core stability, balance, and body awareness. Designed for all abilities, these sessions integrate breath-work, corrective movement, and functional strength exercises to help you move better and feel more at ease in your body.

🌳 Outdoor Functional Training
Full-body workouts in open-air settings like parks, lakesides, or trails — for strength, cardio, mobility, and stability in nature.
🚶♀️ Guided Nature Walks + Movement
Mindful walks combined with breathwork, stretching, and functional mobility stops to support joint health, improve circulation, and reset your mind.
🥾 Hiking Adventures
Move your body and recharge your spirit with guided hikes on local trails. Sessions can include breathwork, nature pauses, light functional drills, and movement education along the way.
🚣♀️ Kayak Fitness Sessions
Unique, water-based workouts on the lake blending paddling for cardio and core strength with on-water stability drills, recovery work, and nature immersion.
1-on-1 Personal Sessions (At-Home, or Outdoor Training): $60 — 1 hour
Guided Nature Walks & Hiking Adventures: $60 — 60–90 minutes
Kayak Fitness Sessions: $75 — 60–90 minutes
Small Group (2–3 people): $45 per person — 1 hour
Custom Adventures:
Interested in a longer kayaking trip, extended hike, or private group adventure? Custom packages and rates available upon request. Pricing will be based on activity type, group size, and duration. Contact me directly to plan your experience.
Travel Fee:
An additional $5 travel fee applies for every 15 miles traveled from Fairfield Bay, Ar for in-person sessions. Travel distance is calculated one way.
